Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of data held by FCT CRM (Feibe Creation Trading) at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@fct-crm.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.
  2. Include the account email or WhatsApp Business phone number associated with the data.
  3. We verify the request and delete the associated data within 30 days, and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Account data, connected WhatsApp Business credentials/tokens, and stored message/contact data associated with the account. Disconnecting a WhatsApp account in FCT CRM also removes its access tokens from active use immediately.

Self-service

Subscribers can delete an account and its data directly inside FCT CRM (Manage Accounts → delete), and can disconnect any connected WhatsApp Business number at any time.

订阅者可直接在 FCT CRM 内删除账号及其数据(管理账号 → 删除),并可随时断开任何已连接的 WhatsApp Business 号码。

Arahan Pemadaman Data

Anda boleh meminta pemadaman data yang disimpan oleh FCT CRM (Feibe Creation Trading) pada bila-bila masa.

Cara meminta pemadaman

  1. E-mel support@fct-crm.com dengan subjek Data Deletion Request.
  2. Sertakan e-mel akaun atau nombor telefon WhatsApp Business yang berkaitan dengan data tersebut.
  3. Kami mengesahkan permintaan dan memadam data berkaitan dalam masa 30 hari, dan mengesahkannya melalui e-mel.

Apa yang dipadam

Data akaun, kelayakan/token WhatsApp Business yang disambungkan, dan data mesej/kenalan tersimpan yang berkaitan dengan akaun. Memutuskan sambungan akaun WhatsApp dalam FCT CRM juga mengeluarkan token aksesnya daripada penggunaan aktif serta-merta.

Layan diri

Pelanggan boleh memadam akaun dan datanya terus dalam FCT CRM (Urus Akaun → padam), dan boleh memutuskan sambungan mana-mana nombor WhatsApp Business yang disambungkan pada bila-bila masa.
