FCT CRM is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription provided by Feibe Creation Trading. There are no physical products and nothing is shipped.
After a successful payment, your subscription is activated automatically and immediately (normally within a few minutes). Your account's plan, validity period and WhatsApp-account limit are updated on our servers, and you can use the software straight away.
Download the FCT CRM app and sign in with the same account email you used at purchase. Your active subscription and remaining term are shown inside the app. No physical delivery is involved.
If your subscription has not activated within 30 minutes of a successful payment, email support@fct-crm.com with your payment reference and account email and we will resolve it promptly.
Subscriptions are prepaid for a fixed term (half-yearly, yearly or two-yearly). Access continues until the end of the paid term. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
