Yes. The app itself is in English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and Bahasa Melayu. AI replies and FAQ answers reply in the language the customer writes in, so one number can serve English, Chinese and Malay customers. You can also translate conversations and send voice messages.
Partly — it is worth knowing how before you buy. FCT CRM is a Windows desktop app, and one licence is signed in on one computer at a time. That computer runs all your WhatsApp numbers (up to 10, 30 or 100 by plan), and there is no per-user fee.
Your team works with it through WhatsApp: workflows hand new leads to the salesperson you choose and notify them on their own WhatsApp with the customer's details, and the app can alert a colleague when a customer mentions a keyword or nobody has replied. It is not a shared inbox where many staff log in at once from their own computers or phones.
Yes. Feibe Creation Trading is an official Meta Tech Provider, so you can connect an official WhatsApp Business API number from inside the app with Meta's own signup. Ordinary WhatsApp numbers connect by scanning a QR code, in the same app.
